How to book
You can book an appliance engineer directly from the Housekeep website or through your Housekeep account. Describe your job in as much detail as possible so we can match you with the right professional.
What happens on the day
Your appliance engineer will arrive at the agreed time, assess the job, and carry out the work. For most tasks, you'll pay a simple hourly rate, plus the cost of any materials. The minimum charge is one hour and any additional time is charged in 30 minute increments. For larger jobs, like building or renovation, we'll send you a bespoke price. If additional time is needed, your tradesperson will always discuss this with you in advance.
