We're sorry to hear that you weren’t completely satisfied with your trade booking - the team aims to deliver 5-star service at every job, and we're keen to help resolve this.
To allow us to investigate properly, and to make sure the suppliers are constantly improving the service they provide, we ask for feedback & pictures of the issues within 72 hours of the job being completed.
You can submit these photos by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by replying to your booking confirmation email. Once we've received your report, a member of the support team will get in touch to help resolve the issue.
If your job requires a return visit due to additional time required or specific parts needed, a member of the support team will send you an email update about this with the additional quotation.
