If your job can’t be finished within the estimated time but can still be completed the same day, your tradesperson will explain what’s needed and, with your approval, continue the work.
Any extra time will be charged in 30-minute increments, along with the cost of any additional parts. You’ll find full pricing details in your booking confirmation email.
If the tradesperson needs to return on another day, we’ll send you an updated quote first. Our support team will then help arrange a convenient date for the follow-up visit.
