You may cancel or reschedule a Booking up to 12:00 two days before the job for free by contacting us. Simply let us know the changes you'd like to make - we can help with rescheduling or adding other tasks.
For cancellations after 12:00, two days before, or if your Tradesperson arrives for the job and is unable to gain entry or start the job, you will be charged the full price of the Booking.
