How can I edit my cleans? – Housekeep Support

It’s easy to manage your cleans online or in-app. You can edit, skip, or cancel your cleans with just a few clicks. Here are your options:

If you want to edit or reschedule your cleans

You can edit individual cleans, or your entire schedule.

To edit an individual clean:

Go to the Schedule page in your Housekeep account or app
Under Individual jobs click Edit clean on the clean you'd like to skip
Here you can select a new date or time for this clean, or edit the hours & tasks

To edit all cleans:

Go to the Schedule page in your Housekeep account or app
Click Summary at the top of the page
Click Edit schedule
From here you can change how often you have a clean, select a new day or time for your cleans, or edit the hours & tasks. And you can even change your Housekeeper

If you want to change your Housekeeper

If you would like to try another Housekeeper, we will automatically match you with the highest-rated Housekeeper in your area:

Go to the Schedule page in your Housekeep account or app
Click Summary at the top of the page
Click Edit schedule
Click Other Housekeeper or choose a different Housekeeper who has cleaned for you before
Select a day and arrival time that works for you
Click Confirm changes

If you want to cancel one, or a few cleans

You can skip individual cleans in your Housekeep account or app.
