You can book in with previous Housekeepers through your Housekeep account or app.
Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Book job
- Click Book a clean and the type of cleaning you need
- You'll see the live, real-time availability of your previous Housekeepers, so just select the one you want to book with
- Select your preferred frequency, tasks and hours
- Select a date and time slot to suit you
- Click Complete booking
If you are unable to book with a Housekeeper who has cleaned your home before
There a few reasons that you might be unable to book with a specific Housekeeper. If a Housekeeper isn't available, it usually means they're fully booked, not accepting new customers, have moved areas, or have left the platform.
If your previous Housekeeper becomes available though, you'll immediately see them again in your online account.
If you have a friend referral
It's great that you have already got a recommendation for a specific Housekeeper.
When you book, you’ll automatically be assigned the highest-rated Housekeeper available. If you’d like to request a specific Housekeeper, contact Housekeep Support through the Help page of your Housekeep account or app.
