How do I add extra time to my clean?

You can add extra time to your future clean(s) in your Housekeep account or app, until 18:00 the day before your next clean. Here's how:

• Log in to your Housekeep account or app
• Click Edit jobs. If you have multiple schedules booked in, select the one you'd like to change
• If you have a regular clean and would like to add an extra task to all your cleans
  
  • Select All cleans 
  • Click Edit
  • Click + New task to add a new task to your clean if required
  • Update the duration of the tasks as required
  • When you're happy with the changes click Confirm changes to confirm
  • You can make changes at any time up until 18:00 the day before your clean 
• If you have a regular clean and would like to add an extra task to an individual clean(s)
  
  • Select Individual cleans
  • Click Edit on the visit you'd like to make changes to
  • Click + New task to add a new task to your clean if required
  • Update the duration of the tasks as required
  • When you're happy with the changes click Confirm changes to confirm
  • You can make changes at any time up until 18:00 the day before your clean
