How to book a clean
The steps depend on whether you already have a Housekeep account.
If you're an existing customer
You can book new cleans instantly in your Housekeep account or app. Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Book new
- Click Book a new clean
- Select your preferred frequency, tasks and hours
- Choose between past Housekeepers or other Housekeepers
- You'll see the live, real-time availability of your selected Housekeeper
- Select a date and time slot to suit you
- Hit Complete booking
You can book at any time, up until 18:00 the day before you'd like the clean.
You can also use this feature to organise a cover clean if your Housekeeper is unable to attend a clean.
If you're a new customer
Start on our booking page. Here's how:
- Enter your postcode
- Select how many bedrooms and bathrooms need cleaning
- Add any extra tasks you'd like: ironing, laundry, inside windows, inside fridge or inside oven
- Choose your hours. We'll recommend a length based on your bedrooms, bathrooms and extra tasks
- Tell us whether your Housekeeper should bring cleaning products, or whether you'll provide them. Please note your Housekeeper cannot bring a vacuum, mop or bucket
- Choose Recurring (weekly, fortnightly, or more than weekly) or One-off
- Enter your email address and hit Continue
You'll then see live availability and can pick the date, time and Housekeeper that suit you.
