Payment is taken at around 23:00 on the day of the clean, and you're never charged in advance for our regular cleaning service. Payment is taken from the payment card that is registered to your Housekeep account.
£30 authorisation charge
When you first join Housekeep, or when you update your payment details, you may notice a £30 authorisation charge. This sum is never actually charged, and the charge will disappear from your statement within a few days, at the latest (although usually much sooner). Authorisation charges have the payment reference "HK_Auth"
Updating your payment card
You can update your payment card at any time in your Housekeep account or app. You can find out more here: How do I change my payment card details?
