It’s easy to change address using your Housekeep account or app:
- Go to the change your address page in your Housekeep account or app
- Select your move date & enter your new address
- Click continue
- Enter the number of bedrooms & bathrooms
- Click confirm

How can I change other contact details
If you would like to change your contact details, you can do this via your Housekeep account or app. Here's how to do that:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click More in the menu
- Click My details
- Click Manage account
- Enter your new email, phone number or name and click Save changes
