Here's how to reset your password:
- Go to the login page for your Housekeep account or app
- Enter your email address as usual
- Click I forgot my password
- Confirm the email address that you used when you created your account
- You will receive an email to that account
- Click on Reset your password in the email
- Follow the steps to change your password
If you're logged into your Housekeep account or app, you can reset your password here too.
- Click More in the menu
- Click My account
- Click Manage account
- Scroll down to Change password
- Enter your current password & new password
- Click Save changes
