For security reasons, we're only able to discuss your Housekeep account with the person & contact details that are registered to the account.
If you'd like to change the person who is responsible for managing your account, you can do this this in your Housekeep account or app.
Update the name & contact details registered to your account
You can transfer ownership of your Housekeep account by changing the name & contact details that are registered. Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click More in the menu
- Click My account
- Click Manage account
- Here you can update the registered name, email and phone number of the account holder
- Click Save changes to confirm
Update the registered payment card
You can also update the registered payment card linked to the account. Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click More in the menu
- Click My account
- Click Payment card
- Click Update payment details & enter your new payment details
- Click Update payment card to save the details
