You can leave your profile active which allows you access to your account, credits and history, and gives you access to customer support. You won't be charged anything unless you book in new jobs.
If you'd prefer that we deleted or anonymised your data, you can request this through your Housekeep account.
In order to proceed with account deletion, you must first ensure that you have undertaken then following steps:
- Any existing jobs are either completed or cancelled
- Any keys have been returned to you
- You have no outstanding payment issues
We'll deactivate your account and delete or anonymise your data within one month, and in line with our privacy policy. Here's how:
- Log into your Housekeep account or app
- Click More in the menu
- Click My account
- Click Manage account
- Click Privacy Settings
- Go to the bottom of this section & follow the link
