You can see your full schedule on the Live availability tracker. This is set up for you based on the agreed number of slots you said you could cover on your available days. Based on this, customers will book into those slots and those jobs are confirmed and it is your responsibility to fulfil the clean.
The support team check that you have availability and book the job in. They send you an email wit the full job information and add the following information to Live availability tracker:
- Postcode of property
- Type of clean
