Make sure that your availability is up to date as jobs booked in when you show as available must be fulfilled by you. You’ll get an email confirmation of the job and a text message.
If you cannot do a job you must let us know straight away so we can reschedule the job with the customer. Continued job cancellations may lead to a reduced number of jobs being assigned.
If you cancel a job after 12:00 the day before, a cancellation fee will apply.
If you do not show up to a job and you don’t inform Housekeep this will be considered a no-show and will be subject to late cancellation fees.
