Customers can book until 18:00 the day before, so make sure that your availability is up to date as jobs booked in with you before that time must be fulfilled by you.
If you cannot do a job you must let us know straight away so we can reschedule the job with the customer. Continued job cancellations may lead to a reduced number of jobs being assigned.
We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and you might have to cancel a job last minute. Please inform Housekeep by calling the support number as soon as possible so we can resolve with the customer.
If you do not show up to a job and you don’t inform Housekeep this will be considered a no show and may be subject to late cancellation fees.
