This is really easy! Here's how to do that:
- Log in to your online account
- Click Payment card
- Enter your new payment card details and hit Change payment details
If you have any outstanding billing, that will be charged immediately and your account will be unlocked. If you have outstanding billing and are unable to update your details immediately, for example if you are on holiday, you will continue to get automated emails until you have paid for your cleans.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards, however we are unable to accept any pre-paid cards.
