On the days you are going to a customer home you can call or message your customer directly. It’s easy to do, just open the job on your App.
- To call a press the orange HELP button in the bottom left and choose Call Customer.
- To message your customer, tap on the message icon in the right hand corner and send them a message
We know that calls don't often connect or the customer may be busy so you can use the messaging function to chat with your customer direct.
Chat is allowed from 6am the day before your job. Chat will be available, even for finished jobs, until 9pm the day of the clean, or up to 60 minutes after end of visit, whichever is later.
If you need to speak to the customer the day before, contact Housekeep and we can help. If you need to cancel the job, book the time off in your App and the customer will be notified.
