If you ever need to chat with your Housekeeper, we've now made it possible for you to do this through your online account from 3 days before your clean (or 1 day if you are a brand new customer, as your Housekeeper may not be confirmed 3 days prior to your clean).
To do this, you just need to head to the Contact page of your account.
You're able to chat to your Housekeeper after your clean is finished as well. You can do this up to 60 minutes after the clean has finished or 21:00, whichever is later.
If your Housekeeper initiates a chat with you, we'll send you an SMS with a link to follow and chat to your Housekeeper directly from your phone!
The chat function is designed to make it easy for you and your Housekeeper to discuss instructions, arrival times and similar. If you need to cancel or reschedule your clean, this should be done via the Upcoming Jobs page of your online account, rather than in a chat to your Housekeeper.
