You can chat directly to your Housekeeper through your Housekeep account or app.
If you've worked with your Housekeeper before, you'll be able to chat with your Housekeeper anytime between cleans. If it's your first time working with your Housekeeper, you can chat from the day before the clean.
To chat with your Housekeeper:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Chat in the menu
- Under Contact your Housekeeper you can choose to call or chat with your Housekeeper
You can also chat to your Housekeeper after your clean has finished. You can do this up to 60 minutes after the clean has finished or 21:00, whichever is later.
If your Housekeeper starts a chat with you, you'll get an SMS or a push notification to let you know.
Chat's designed to make it easy for you and your Housekeeper to discuss access and cleaning instructions.
