If you ever need to chat with your Housekeeper, we've now made it possible for you to do this through your online account on the day of a clean.
To do this, you just need to head to the Contact page of your account.
You're able to chat to your Housekeeper from 06:00 the day before your booking, right up to 60 minutes after the clean has finished or 21:00, whichever is later.
If your Housekeeper initiates a chat with you, we'll send you an SMS with a link to follow and chat to your Housekeeper directly from your phone!
The chat function is designed to make it easy for you and your Housekeeper to discuss instructions, arrival times and similar. If you need to cancel or reschedule your clean, this should be done via the Future cleans page of your online account, rather than in a chat to your Housekeeper.
