The quickest and easiest way to reschedule one or all of your future cleans is through your Housekeep account or app. You can make changes any time until 18:00 the day before the job.
Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Schedule. If you have multiple cleaning schedules booked in, select the relevant one
- If you'd like to reschedule all your cleans
- Click Summary at the top of the page
- Click Edit schedule
- Select another available date and time slot, then click Confirm changes
- If you'd like to reschedule an individual clean
- Click Individual jobs and click Edit clean next to the job you'd like to reschedule
- Select another available date and time slot, then click Confirm changes
- If you have a one-off clean
- Simply click another available date and time slot, then hit Confirm changes
You'll see instant confirmation of the changes in your account, and your Housekeeper will be updated immediately via their app.
Your cleans are fully flexible until 18:00 the day before the clean - you can reschedule, skip or cancel any clean in your Housekeep account or in-app before this time, free-of-charge.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a clean after 18:00 the day before, or if your Housekeeper arrives and is unable to gain entry or start the clean, you'll be charged the full price of the clean.
