You'll find your Housekeeper's arrival time on the homepage of your Housekeep account or app, or in the Schedule page. You can also see your Housekeeper's arrival time in your booking confirmation email, and the reminder email that you were sent two days before your clean.
If your Housekeeper is running late or hasn't arrived, please contact them through your online account. Here's some more info: How can I chat to my Housekeeper?
If you're not able to reach your Housekeeper directly, let us know and we'll help. Just head to the Help page of your Housekeep account or app (in the More section of the menu).
