We're sorry to hear that your Housekeeper is running late.
The quickest and easiest way to find out when your Housekeeper will arrive is to call or chat with them through your Housekeep account or app. Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Chat in the menu
- From here, call or chat directly to your Housekeeper for an updated arrival time
If you're not able to get through to your Housekeeper, or their arrival time is too late, just let us know through the Help page of your Housekeep account or app (in the More section of the menu).
