Once you press Finish on a Key transfer job, you'll be asked to confirm whether you've collected the key successfully.
You'll see the following message pop up:
If you've received the keys, just tap I have picked up keys. Then we'll update the system, and you'll see this key in the Customers & keys page of your Housekeep app.
If you weren't able to pick up the keys, just tap I have NOT picked up keys. A member of the support team will then get in touch to help.
