If you’re scheduled to meet another Housekeeper to either collect or hand over keys you can contact them through your app, the same way you would contact a customer.
Click on the job, and then on the HELP button in the bottom right corner. On the next screen click on ‘Help with key transfer’ and you’ll be given the option to either call or chat with the other Housekeeper.
This works the exact same way as you calling a customer or a customer calling you, meaning that both your phone numbers will be disguised and you will only be contactable this way on the day of the transfer.
If you are meeting the Housekeeper at one of your jobs, you'll be able to chat with both that Housekeeper and the customer you're cleaning for. The hand with the keys is the Housekeeper and the usual speech bubble is for the customer.
