Jobs will be automatically added to the Schedule of your App. You'll need to have a smartphone with internet access to be able to work on the Housekeep platform.
Cleaners working with Housekeep work the same days and hours every week and have regular customers booking in with them. This means you get the same customers every week.
If your regular working hours or working areas change, just let us know through your App.
If you're not available for a day or part of a day when you normally would be, make sure you book the time off via your app. You should do this even if you don't have any jobs booked for that time yet as customers can book with you up until 18:00 the day before.
