If you need to book time off you must do this through your app. This notifies your customers that you can't make the clean.
Step 1: Open the menu (☰) in the top left of your Housekeeper app and tap Profile. Once there, click Time Off. You can also get to the Time off page by clicking here.
From here, click the blue Book time off button at the bottom of the screen
Step 2: Select if you want part of a day, a single day, or multiple days off
If you just want part of a day off (for example, if you can only do one job on a day but not the other), select Part-Day
If you want one day off, or more than one day, select Single Day or Longer
Step 3: Enter the date(s) of your time off, select a reason & add a note for Housekeep
Step 4: Tap Next and the click Confirm. If you're booking time off with late or very late notice, you'll need to tap Confirm & accept fine
Late cancellation fines
Please make sure you give us as much notice as you can. Remember we need at least 2 days notice. If you cancel with less notice you might receive a late cancellation fine.
As a reminder the late cancellation fines are:
£5 per job if you cancel before 18:00 the day before the clean
£10 if a job is cancelled because you were late but never let us or your customer know.
£10 per job if you cancel after 18:00 the day before the clean
£20 per job if you cancel less than 1 hour before the start time of the clean
£20 per job if you don't show up and don't let us know you can't work
