Finish jobs like a pro

This week, we're sharing our top tips & tricks for a 5* finish.

Here's how to finish jobs like a pro…

1. Scan everything

Scan every room to make sure you haven’t missed anything. 

Return any cleaning products & equipment back where you found them. If your customer's running low on any products, let them know or send them a chat if they're not at home.
 

2. Check finishing instructions

Open the job on your app and head to the "finishing" tab to see if your customer has left any specific finishing instructions.

Don't forget to turn off any lights you turned on, and close any windows you opened.

3. Check your customer's happy & say goodbye

If your customer's home, let them know you're finished and check they're happy with the work.

If they're not at home, check any locking instructions on your app and follow these carefully.

When you’re done and ready to leave, press “Finish” on your app.
