Start jobs like a pro

Starting like a pro will make a great first impression on your customers – so it's a surefire way to get more 5* ratings and lots of tips.

Here are our top tips for starting your jobs...

1. Plan ahead

Check your schedule the night before & plan your travel routes.

You should also check if you need to bring cleaning products to any cleans, and read through your customers' instructions.

2. Share your arrival time

When you're on the way, use chat to let your customers know what time you'll arrive.

This is particularly important if your customer has a wide arrival time (like a 09:00-17:00) or if you're ever running late.

3. Start with a smile

Introducing yourself with a smile and a friendly introduction will get your clean off to a flying start.

Once you're inside and have introduced yourself, make sure you press "Start job" on your app.
