If we are fully booked at the times that are convenient for you, we’d still like to help!
Already have a Housekeep account?
New times are opening up every day, so it’s worth regularly checking back on the Book new cleans page of your Housekeep account or app to see if any convenient options have opened up.
You can also send us a message through the Help page of your account or app. Let us know what you’re trying to book (which tasks, how often & how many hours). Leave as many options as possible for days/times and we’ll contact some Housekeepers to try and get it sorted.
New to Housekeep?

How about trying our spare key holding service instead?
You could also give a spare key to your Housekeeper so you don’t need to be there while they clean. We’ll organise your first clean for a convenient time for you to hand the key over. Once that’s done, your Housekeeper can clean even if you’re not in. Find out more about that here.
If you have a concierge or a key safe, you can leave instructions for your Housekeeper to collect the key from those instead.
