Every Housekeeper on the platform:
- Is confident speaking English
- Has at least 6 months' professional cleaning experience
- Has been background-checked, including a proof of ID check, address check and a criminal records check
Ongoing quality monitoring
Vetting doesn't stop at onboarding. After every clean, customers rate their Housekeeper. Housekeepers with consistently low ratings are reviewed and may be removed from the platform.
How your Housekeeper is chosen
When you book, Housekeep matches you with the highest-rated available Housekeeper in your area at your chosen time. If you book a recurring clean, you'll be matched with a Housekeeper who can attend on that day and time consistently.
