We value customer services highly at Housekeep and expect all of our suppliers to do the same. Always be polite and when calling or arriving at a job, introduce yourself and confirm you are from Housekeep.
You will have the customer's contact details on the job confirmation email. If you need to speak to the customer to get more information about the job, confirm parking or anything else, you can call them.
If you’re running late, cannot find the property or have access issues, contact the customer directly as they are best placed to help.
If you cannot get through to the customer do contact Housekeep support as we can help.
