In the event you are unable to get access to one of your jobs on the day, please contact the customer directly as they are best placed to help.
If you are unable to get access within 15 minutes of the arrival time, please inform Housekeep Support and we’ll try to assist with contacting the customer as well. Do not leave the job until we have attempted contact with the customer.
If we’re not able to contact the customer, Housekeep will confirm when you are able to leave the job
