To permanently change your regular working hours (your schedule that repeats every week):
Contact us if you need to change your working hours. Make sure your hours on the app are up to date at all times so that customers can book in with you automatically. Click here to find out more: How can I see and change my working hours?
To extend your hours temporarily:
- Open the Menu (☰) on your Housekeep app
- Tap Profile
- Tap Add hours You can also get to the Add hours page by clicking here
- Tap "To extend your hours temporarily, tap here"
- Select Part-Day
- Select the date and enter the hours you want to work for on that day. Select ‘Other’ as the reason
- Tap Next and then tap Confirm.
Are you looking for more jobs?
Customers usually can't book with you on the following day after 6 PM the day before (when we send you the notification and email to confirm the jobs for the following day).
If you are looking for more work, you can extend this time to 10 PM the day before and get approximately one more job per week.
To switch this option on, head to Profile> Jobs Settings in your app! This means that we will send you a reminder at 10 PM instead of 6 PM.
