To view your working areas:
- Open the Menu (≡) on your Housekeep app
- Tap Profile
- Tap Postcodes
- You'll see your current working areas
If you need to change your working areas, you can let Housekeep Support know by emailing them through your app. Remember you need to keep the same hours and days every week so you have the same regular customers weekly.
To change your working areas:
- Open the Menu (≡) on your Housekeep app
- Tap Help
- Tap Email Housekeep
- Select 'Change working areas' as the category
- Select whether you'd like to add new postcodes, or change/remove old postcodes
- Enter a message letting us know the areas you'd like to change
- Tap Send email
- Housekeep Support will be in touch to confirm the change
