At Housekeep, we’re here to help you get booked with regular, local customers so you can earn as much as possible. You’re in control of your schedule, so whether you’re working around the school run, a second job, or weekend availability, we’re here to help Housekeep work for you.
We understand things can change, and if you’re unable to work, here’s how we can help:
- Reducing your hours: If your circumstances have changed and you need to cut back your regular availability, just contact us through your Housekeep app, and we’ll help adjust your schedule. You can check your current working hours here.
- Changing where you work: If you’ve moved or can no longer work in your current postcodes, let us know which areas you'd like to work in here.
- Taking time off: If you’re taking a long holiday or need some time off, you can book up to 6 weeks off in your app.
- Closing your Housekeep account: If you need to take an extended break or are leaving the platform, please send us an email with your last working day and the reason. We’ll notify your customers and support you with any final steps, including returning any spare keys.
