How it works
Gardening is charged by the hour with a minimum booking of two hours. When you book, Housekeep will suggest a recommended duration based on your garden size and tasks. Your gardener will assess the work on arrival and, if more time is needed, will always ask your approval before extending.
Your gardener will bring all the tools and equipment needed. You don't need to provide anything.
Regular maintenance
You can book one-off visits or set up a recurring schedule — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Many customers book more frequently in spring and summer and switch to monthly in winter.
FAQs
Do gardeners work in bad weather?
Most tasks continue in light rain. In very wet or unsafe conditions, your gardener will let you know on the day and we'll reschedule.
Can gardeners remove large trees?
Gardeners can prune and trim trees up to 3 metres high. For taller trees, get in touch and we'll arrange a specialist.
