What happens if the gardeners can’t finish everything in the time booked?

If your job can’t be finished within the booked time but can still be completed the same day, your gardener will explain what’s needed and, with your approval, continue the work. Any extra time will be charged in 30-minute increments, along with the cost of any materials or waste (if needed). We’ll always confirm any additional time, waste or material costs with you before proceeding.
