We're sorry if your clean hasn't gone to plan. We have a super responsive support team so we'll get any issues fixed for you as soon as possible.
We will re-clean any missed area for you free of charge provided contact has been made within 72 hours of the clean.
To request help, please leave a rating for your clean. You can do this through the email we send you after the clean, or through your online account or app. Here's how:
- Log into your online account or app
- Click More in the menu
- Click My account
- Click Past jobs
- Next to your most recent clean click Rate
- Leave a rating, including any photos & details of the missed areas
We recommend contacting us about any disappointing cleans as soon as you can, and within 72 hours of the clean finishing. As we are unable to guarantee the condition of the property for more than a few days, we will only be able to offer a reclean if this is brought to our attention inside of the 72-hour window.
Please note, the guarantees we offer are for a free re-clean of any unsatisfactory areas and not a refund guarantee.
If the team missed tasks or areas during the clean, please take photos and include these with your rating. Our support team will help to get things back on track right away.
