If something wasn’t quite right, we’ll work quickly to put it right.
We’ll ask you for a rating after every clean. You can do this via the email we send, the app notification or on the Past cleans page of your Housekeep account.
If an area was missed, we can arrange a free re-clean with the same cleaning team. Just leave your rating and send us photos and details of the issue within 72 hours of the clean finishing. This covers a re-clean of missed areas, we don’t offer refunds.
It’s important to report issues within this timeframe, as we can’t guarantee the property’s condition after that.
Once we receive your feedback, our support team will take care of everything to get your clean back on track.
