You can reschedule your clean in your account and choose a new time that works for you. It’s free to reschedule up to 12:00 two days before your booking. After this, a fee will apply.
You can cancel your clean up to 12:00 four days before for free. After this, a fee will apply. If you cancel after 12:00 two days before, the full booking price will apply.
If you’d like to change your service (for example, add extra tasks), just let us know. Changes may affect the price.
Please note: if your cleaning team is unable to access the property or start the clean, the full booking price will also apply.
