You can quickly reschedule your clean in the app and choose a new time that works for you. It’s free to reschedule until 12:00, two days before your booking, after that, a small admin fee applies.
If you’d like to make changes, such as adding extra tasks, just let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
Please note: For cancellations after 12:00, two days before, or if the team can’t access the property or start the clean, the full booking price will still apply.
