What Access Options Are Available?
You can choose from several access methods for your Housekeeper:

I'll be at home

Spare keys (held securely by your regular Housekeeper)

Concierge
-
Hidden key
-
Key safe (must be within 5 minutes’ walk of your home)
If you're not home during the clean, any of the remote access options above can be used. You can also let your Housekeeper in at the start of the clean and leave before they finish – just make sure you’ve added instructions on how to secure your home after the clean.
How Do I Set or Change My Access Method?
You can update your access instructions at any time through your Housekeep account or app:

Click More in the menu

Select Access details
-
Choose your preferred access method

Answer any follow-up questions
-
Click Save changes
These instructions will be visible in your Housekeeper's app for all future visits.
Is It Safe to Let My Housekeeper In When I'm Not Home?
Yes. All Housekeepers on the platform go through an 8-step background check and are trusted to clean with or without you at home.
