After every job, we ask customers to rate the work that you did and they also have an opportunity to leave a comment.
A 5* and 4* are considered good, a 3*, 2* or 1* are considered a low rating.
Every 2 weeks we will email you a summary of your customer feedback. This includes the number of new ratings and all positive feedback from your customers.
Any low ratings (1*, 2* or 3*) will have already been passed on to you for a resolution.
