To change your regular working days and slots please email the customer support team. Include your company name, which days and slots you want to change and when this needs to take effect from.
Confirm if you can do the jobs that may be already assigned at those times and give us at least 48 hours to make the change.
- Example:
"Add Monday an additional AM slot, effective Monday 20 Feb 2023
Remove PM slot on a Tuesday to 08:00 to 15:00 effective Monday 20 Feb 2023"
If you need to book time off due to holidays or appointments,you can close those slots on your Live availability tracker. To that change the status on the specific day and slot to 0. If you have multiple AM & PM slots please update each one.
It is your responsibility to ensure your availability is up to date so we can assign your jobs correctly.
