With Housekeep, you set your regular working hours and customers book cleans with you during these times. Your fulfilment is based on the the percentage of these jobs that you completed over the the last 90 days.
We classify your fulfilment as Good, Okay and Low and you can check it at any time on the Ratings & Pay page of your app.
If you have low fulfilment then it means that you will not be eligible to get new customers or use the extra jobs page.
Why is my fulfilment important?
Customers want a clean at the same time, with the same Housekeeper, so they see a familiar face and get a consistent, high-quality clean.
Having a good fulfilment rate means that you’re completing most of the jobs booked with you – delivering a consistent experience for your customers.
How is fulfilment different to reliability?
Reliability measures jobs that are cancelled at late notice. Fulfilment takes into account all of the cleans affected by your time off, even if they were skipped with good notice.
What does it mean if my fulfilment if Okay?
If your fulfilment is classified as Okay then you are still eligible to get new customers but booking further time off and skipping any more cleans for your customers could mean that your fufilment you drop to Low.
If you have just a a holiday but have no further time off planned don’t worry just keep attending your scheduled cleans and your fulfilment score will soon be Good again. However will need to book more time off you may need to considering changing your regular working hours so that you are only getting customers at times when you are available to work.
What happens if my fulfilment rate is low?
If your fulfilment rate is low, you won’t get any jobs from new customers until it improves.
Is it okay to book time off when I need to?
Yes! Your customers understand that you’ll need to book time off sometimes – due to illness, an appointment or holiday. But if you're regularly booking time off, you should change your working hours instead.
How can I improve my fulfilment rate?
When your fulfilment rate is low, it normally means that you’ve set working hours which you can’t commit to each week.
