How does rejoining Housekeep work?
It's really simple to rejoin Housekeep. Here's how it works:
- Let us know you'd like to rejoin
- Download the Housekeep Professionals app
- Send us your documents
- Attend a rejoiner video call or phone call - we'll find you customers where & when you want them
- Complete your first clean
How can I reschedule my video call?
We have lots of slots for rejoining calls - just email recruitment@housekeep.com & let us know when you're free.
Which documents do I need to rejoin Housekeep?
To rejoin Housekeep, you'll need a valid ID & proof of address.
For your ID document, you'll need one of the below:

If you are a UK applicant - Valid passport OR
- Birth certificate (registered within 12 months of birth) + National Insurance Number
If you are an EU applicant- Settlement share code + UK/EEA Driving Licence OR valid Passport
If you are a non-UK/EU applicant- Settlement share code + Valid passport OR
- Settlement share code + Biometric Residence Permit
For your proof of address, you'll need one of the below:
- Bank Statement or Credit Card Statement from within the last 2 months
- Gas or Electricity Bill from within the last 2 months, or
- A valid Driving License
How does the rejoiner video call work?
You can join the Zoom call on your mobile or if you have a computer or tablet with sound, a microphone and camera, you can use that instead. Don't forget to:
- Turn on wifi and have a good connection
- Find a quiet space with no distractions
- Turn on your mic and video

We operate in all London postcodes plus Brighton.
We have been constantly expanding and we’ve opened up in all postcodes across London.

Can I choose my own schedule?
With Housekeep, you choose where and when you want to work. You need to pick hours and areas where you can work every week. This means that you'll get regular customers, so you can earn more money.
How do payments work?
All Housekeepers get paid straight into their bank account every two weeks, on a Friday.
Housekeepers earn £10-11/hour plus tips. So you can make £450 + tips per week.
