How do I ask my Housekeeper to bring cleaning products?

You can request that your Housekeeper brings cleaning cloths and sprays for an extra charge. Just add this to your clean in your Housekeep account or app before 18:00 the day before the booking! 

Here's how: 

• Log in to your Housekeep account or app
• If you have a regular clean and want to add cleaning products to all your cleans
  
  • Click on Schedule
  • Click Summary at the top of the page
  • Click the blue Change tasks button
  • Select Bring cleaning products
  • Hit Confirm changes  
• If you have a regular clean and want to add cleaning products to an individual clean(s)
  • Click on Schedule
  • Click Upcoming jobs at the top of the page
  • Click Edit clean on the clean(s) to which you want to add cleaning products
  • Click the blue Change tasks button
  • Select Bring cleaning products
  • Click change tasks  
• If you have a one-off clean
  • Click on Schedule
  • Click Edit clean
  • Click the blue Change tasks button
  • Select Bring cleaning products
  • Hit Confirm changes
