You can request that your Housekeeper brings cleaning cloths and sprays for an extra charge of £6. As most Housekeepers travel using public transport, they can't bring heavy clean equipment like mops and buckets. You can find out more about cleaning products here.
You add products to your clean in your Housekeep account or app before 18:00 the day before the booking!
Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- If you have a regular clean and want to add cleaning products to all your cleans
- Go to the Edit jobs page in your Housekeep account or app
- Click Edit recurring schedule
- Click Edit
- Then click Add extra tasks
- Select Bring cleaning products
- Hit Update tasks and then Confirm changes in the bottom left
- If you have a regular clean and want to add cleaning products to an individual clean(s)
- Go to the Edit jobs page in your Housekeep account or app
- Click Edit individual cleans
- Under Individual cleans click View/Edit on the clean you'd like to add products too
- Click Edit clean on the clean(s) to which you want to add cleaning products
- Then click Add extra tasks
- Select Bring cleaning products
- Hit Update tasks and then Confirm changes in the bottom left
- If you have a one-off clean and want to add cleaning products to the clean
- Go to the Edit jobs page in your Housekeep account or app
- Click the Edit icon on the clean you want to add products too
- Then click Add extra tasks
- Select Bring cleaning products
- Hit Update tasks and then Confirm changes in the bottom left
