We're sorry to hear that you've been let down. We don't charge for cleans in advance, so we'll make sure you're not charged until your rescheduled clean has taken place.
If your clean was scheduled for today, you can instantly book a substitute in the Housekeep account or app. Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Book new
- Click Book a new clean
- Choose between past Housekeepers or other Housekeepers
- Select your preferred frequency, tasks and hours
- You'll see the live, real-time availability of your selected Housekeeper
- Select a date and time slot to suit you
- Hit Complete booking
If your clean was scheduled for an upcoming date, we'll automatically look for a great Housekeeper to attend while your Housekeeper is away. If you'd prefer, you can reschedule this in the Housekeep account or app. Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Edit Jobs
- Click Edit individual cleans
- Click Edit on the clean you'd like to change
- Choose between your regular Housekeeper's availability or other Housekeepers
- Select an available date and time slot, then click Confirm changes
