You can call or message your customer directly. It’s easy to do, just open the job on your App.
- To call a press the orange HELP button in the bottom left and choose Call Customer.
- To message your customer, tap on the message icon in the right hand corner and send them a message
We know that calls don't often connect or the customer may be busy so you can use the messaging function to chat with your customer directly.
Chat is allowed from 3 days before your job (unless the customer is brand new, in which case it is only allowed 1 day before). Chat will be available, even for finished jobs, until 9pm the day of the clean, or up to 60 minutes after end of visit, whichever is later.
You should not use chat to reschedule a job. If you need to cancel the job, book the time off in your App and the customer will be notified. If you need help making any changes you can contact Housekeep Support.
