On the schedule page, tap on a customer to see all the information about their cleans. This is split into three separate pages that you can access at the top of the screen
This is everything to do with gaining access to the customer’s home,
- At the top you have a map which if you tap on will take you through to Google Maps to guide you
- Next you have the details about the customer including the arrival time, their full address and their home size
- Under that you have the access method, this is how you’ll get into their home for that visit
- Finally you’ll see information about the customer’s pets. You’ll only see this if you want to work in homes with pets.
Here you can see what the customer has booked in
- At the top you can see how long the customer wants you to spend on each task
- Next you can see where they have left their cleaning equipment
- Finally you have information surrounding any special instructions they have left you, do make sure you follow these as the customer will have written them for that specific clean.
The information here is the final details you’ll need to follow
- At the top it’ll tell you if you need to take keys and where to leave any rubbish bags
- Under that it’ll tell you how to lock up the property
